Booking conditions 

 

  • All bookings must be confirmed by non refundable deposit of £100.00, balance is then payable 30 days before the holiday is due to start.  All deposits must be paid within 48 hours of the holiday being booked or the dates will be put back for sale.

 

  • Holiday makers who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount that they've paid minus deposit. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Any cancellations received a week before your visit will receive no refund.

 

  • The apartments are available from 16.00 on the date of arrival and departure is by 10.00am on your date of departure.

 

  • Apartments are let for the number of people specified - we would appreciate you advising us if you have any change in numbers.

  • Breakages/damages incurred are the tenant’s responsibility.

 

  • We accept no liability whatsoever for any injury, damage or loss sustained to any person or their property by whatever means, whilst staying in the apartments.

 

  • The apartments are to be left in a clean and tidy condition at the end of your stay.

 

  • The Holidaymakers right to occupy the Property may be forfeited without compensation if:-

     

     1.More people than declared at the time of booking or before the commencement of the holiday and/or the number the                           Property holds, attempt to take up occupation.

     

     2.Overnight guests are entertained without the Owners express permission.

     

     3.Any activity is undertaken which is illegal, or may cause unreasonable damage, noise, behaviour or disturbance.

     

     4.Smoking in a designated "No Smoking" property.
